Civil Engineer

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil and fit-out works at project sites.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work follows drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, project teams, MEP, and other trades.
• Review drawings, materials, and site requirements; prepare and review shop drawings and technical details.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed; prepare site reports and monitor project progress.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fit-out or interior construction experience is preferred; UAE experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max; ability to read, understand, and prepare engineering and shop drawings.
• Knowledge of civil works, finishing works, site execution, construction materials, and finishing works.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

Compensation

• Salary is AED 5,000 per month.
