Overview

• Job Title:* DM Approved Civil Engineer – G+1 Classification

• Location:* Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE

• Experience:* 2+ years, DM G+1 Approval mandatory
• Salary:* AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 per month + benefits

• Employment Type:* Full-time

*1. Site Supervision & Compliance*

• Act as the company’s responsible technical engineer for G+1 villa/building projects.
• Supervise all site construction activities and ensure work matches approved drawings, specs, and Dubai Building Code.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, permit conditions, and HSE requirements on site.

*2. Technical Review & Coordination*

• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical queries.
• Coordinate civil, architectural, structural, and MEP works to avoid clashes and delays.
• Resolve technical issues on site and provide practical engineering solutions during construction.

*3. Quality, Progress & Documentation*

• Monitor quality control and ensure workmanship meets project standards and consultant requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports, snag lists, and handover documents.
• Verify quantities, measurements, and completed works for billing/interim certificates.
• Maintain project records, approvals, RFIs, and technical documentation.

*4. Stakeholder & Authority Management*

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
• Support Dubai Municipality submissions and respond to DM technical comments/observations.
• Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
• Manage project schedules and monitor manpower productivity to meet milestones.
• *Required Qualifications*

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Valid Dubai Municipality G+1 Civil Engineer Approval / Registration – DM card required.
• Attested educational certificates and experience documents as per DM requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, Dubai Building Code, and construction standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.

Good To Have

• Membership with relevant engineering professional body.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• *Experience Requirements*
• Minimum 2 years relevant civil engineering experience for entry-level DM engineer classification, subject to Dubai Municipality approval and evaluation of project experience.
• Experience in villa construction, building works, renovation, and fit-out projects preferred.
• Knowledge of structural, architectural, and MEP coordination is essential.

• Ability to manage multiple site activities simultaneously and work under deadlines.
