Civil Engineer – Fresher / Junior

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and overseeing project activities for timely completion.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources with the project team.
• Prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities; conduct quantity take-offs and support procurement.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients, and help resolve issues.
• Visit sites to monitor progress and quality control.
• Track project costs and expenses, and maintain project documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is listed in the qualifications; the Education section describes a bachelor's degree as preferred.
• Relevant project coordination or quantity surveying experience in interior fit-out is preferred; fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant internships are welcome.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Project, other project management software, and AutoCAD.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to commute to or relocate to Dubai before starting work.

Pay

• Pay starts at AED 2,500 per month.
