Raslan Building Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Civil Engineer for G+4 building projects in Dubai.
The role requires experience working within Dubai Municipality regulations.
Role responsibilities
- Manage site operations, contractors, and timelines effectively.
- Manage G+4 projects while working with Dubai Municipality procedures and approvals.
- Prepare BOQs and use knowledge of suppliers in Dubai.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Three to five years of experience in Dubai is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing G+4 projects and strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality procedures and approvals.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- BOQ knowledge and preparation, with good knowledge of suppliers in Dubai.
- Project management and communication skills.
Salary
- Fixed salary is AED 6,500 per month.
Working days
- Working days are Saturday through Thursday, with Friday off.
