Role Overview
Supervise and monitor civil construction activities for high-rise hostel buildings.
Ensure site execution follows approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, PMC, and client teams for smooth site execution.
- Monitor RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Check work quality against approved QA/QC standards.
- Review drawings and resolve site-related issues with engineering teams.
- Monitor daily progress, manpower, material requirements, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with project safety procedures and construction standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Coordinate with MEP and other agencies for integration of services with civil works.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹45,000.00 to ₹60,000.00 per month.

Requirements
- Ability to supervise and monitor civil construction activities for high-rise hostel buildings.
- Knowledge of RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.

- Ability to monitor work quality and comply with approved QA/QC standards and construction safety procedures.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, PMC, client, MEP, and other project teams.
