Role Description

The Civil Engineer role at KLM Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.

The role involves planning, and overseeing civil engineering works related to construction and interior projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company quality standards.

Daily tasks include reviewing engineering drawings, coordinating and providing technical guidance to site operatives and supervisors.

Monitor project progress, perform site inspections, address technical issues, and support timely completion within scope, budget, and safety requirements.

Collaboration with project managers, contractors, and suppliers is essential to maintain high-quality outcomes and efficient execution.

Qualifications

  • Project and resource planning skills: Planning, coordination with Civil Engineers and project teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and quality control practice
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams on-site
