Manage and supervise all daily site activities.

Execute exactly as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements with the time frame Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and coordinate with consultants to keep work moving.

Identify site issues early and resolve them without unnecessary delays.

Ensure quality, workmanship, and compliance with projects high standards.

Inspect ongoing work on site and reject any work that does not meet the required quality.

Track progress, report delays, and ensure project milestones are achieved.

Manage site meetings fully prepared with all drawings and provide technical solutions when required.

Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.

Take responsibility for site performance and project delivery.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of UAE site experience.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural works, finishing works, and local regulations.

Able to read and interpret construction drawings without assistance.

Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.

Confident dealing with contractors, consultants, and clients.

Able to work under pressure and make decisions on site.

UAE driving license preferred.
