Role overview
The Civil Engineer cum Draughtsman prepares civil and structural drawings and supports site and project activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare civil and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Take site measurements and check site conditions.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity calculations, and material lists.
- Coordinate with site engineers and workers.
- Review drawings and make necessary changes.
- Assist with site work and project activities.
- Maintain project drawings and documents.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
Requirements
- Previous experience in civil construction is required.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
- A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
