- We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Road Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of proven experience in asphalt road construction projects.
- � Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise end-to-end asphalt road project execution
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities
- Ensure quality control, safety standards, and timely project delivery
- Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and resources
- Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and project planning
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and engineering standards
- � Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in road/asphalt projects
- Strong knowledge of road construction techniques, materials, and machinery
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Ability to handle client communication and authority approvals independently
- Experience in GCC projects will be an advantage
