Responsibilities
- Visit sites regularly to monitor progress and check work against approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise daily construction activities and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Prepare site reports, progress reports, and project documentation.
- Monitor material requirements and use at project sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify and report site issues, assist with corrective actions, and support senior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 0–1 year of experience; freshers with internship or project experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and engineering drawings.
- Candidates should be based in Kerala or willing to work across project sites in Kerala.
- Willingness to travel and conduct regular site visits.
- A valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license is preferred.
Preferred skills
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools is an advantage.
- Preferred skills include site supervision, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, quality control, MS Excel and MS Office, time management, teamwork, and coordination.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are requested.
