Manage and supervise construction activities for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Supervise RCC, structural works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing activities.
Ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and MEP teams.
Monitor daily site progress, manpower deployment, material consumption, and construction quality.
Verify site measurements, BOQs, contractor bills, and executed quantities.
Ensure site safety and applicable building-regulation compliance.
Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and other project documentation.
Coordinate snag rectification and project handover.

4–10 years of civil construction experience; experience with a real estate developer or construction company is preferred.
Strong knowledge of RCC, structural execution, finishing works, and construction drawings.
Experience in contractor management, quality control, and progress monitoring.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Residential high-rise and commercial building project experience is preferred.
