Integrity Federal Services (IFS) is looking for a motivated Site / Civil Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team in either Beachwood, OH or Martinsburg, WV. As a Civil Engineer at IFS, you’ll play a key role in planning, designing, and delivering high-quality projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing site layouts, roads, grading, stormwater systems, and utilities using AutoCAD and Civil 3D

Assisting or leading land development projects as a project manager

Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary design teams

Preparing site evaluations, schematic designs, and construction documents

Managing project schedules, budgets, and proposals

Mentoring junior staff and supporting business development initiatives

Occasional travel for site visits and client meetings

EIT or FE certification

Experience working with federal clients or large-scale public infrastructure projects

💰 Competitive salary: $75,000–$100,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

⏰ 9/80 flexible work schedule after 60 days (every other Friday off!)
