Role overview

Responsibilities
- Oversee property upkeep and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and other project personnel.
- Inspect buildings, identify issues, and support compliance with safety standards and codes.
- Procure project materials, tools, and equipment; prepare and monitor operating and repair budgets.
- Coordinate with departments, maintain maintenance and inspection records, and provide technical support during emergencies.
- Report project progress and operational status to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in civil engineering, property management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices.
- Problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, project-management, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Proactive and detail-oriented; able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred qualifications
- Residential property management experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with budgeting and project management tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of local building codes and construction regulations is listed as preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month.
