Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for civil engineering projects using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
- Develop site layouts, grading plans, road profiles, utility layouts, and structural details.
- Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and other team members to collect design specifications and resolve design issues.
- Revise drawings based on feedback and mark-ups from engineers and project managers.
- Ensure drawings comply with local regulations, codes, and standards.
- Maintain and organize drawing files and related documents in accordance with company standards.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to gather data or verify measurements.
- Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and bill of materials.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in design software and industry standards.
