Key Responsibilities
Design fire alarm, firefighting, and life safety systems for commercial and residential buildings.
Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and technical documentation using AutoCAD/Revit.
Perform hydraulic calculations and system sizing.
Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, SBC codes, and Civil Defense regulations.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams during design and execution stages.
Review project specifications and provide technical recommendations.
Support testing, commissioning, and system inspections when required.
Prepare BOQs and material submittals for fire protection systems.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 6 years of experience in fire alarm and firefighting system design.
Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and Saudi Building Code (SBC).
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
Experience
in fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, FM200, and firefighting networks.
