Civil Construction Manager
is responsible for leading and managing all civil construction activities across project sites, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards, schedules, and budget requirements.
The role involves coordinating with technical, engineering, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery across all construction phases.
Key Accountabilities
- The position involves:
- Lead and manage all civil construction activities across multiple projects and site locations.
- Oversee site execution activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with technical, architectural, MEP, procurement, and planning teams to ensure smooth construction progress and proper site integration.
- Monitor project progress, manpower productivity, subcontractor performance, and material availability to ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with company standards, project requirements, authority regulations, and safety procedures.
- Review and resolve technical construction issues and provide practical site solutions to maintain progress targets.
- Manage subcontractors, site engineers, supervisors, and construction teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Participate in project planning, construction sequencing, and resource allocation activities.
- Monitor project costs, site productivity, and construction risks while supporting cost-control initiatives.
- Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and progress reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and control of all construction-related activities and records.
- Support project close-out activities, snagging, handover, and final completion processes.
