Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field plus 2 years of experience in Civil Engineering – Surface Water or related. Requires skills and experience to involve:
- Demonstrated experience in municipal and highway water drainage projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge of local drainage requirements for Southern California.
- Demonstrated experience with municipal departments, regional agencies, state, and federal agencies in California.
- Proficiency in at least 8 of the following software tools: AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, InRoads, ArcGIS Pro, HydroCalc, TR-55, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, FlowMaster, CulvertMaster, and PondPack.
- Demonstrated knowledge of XPSWMM and PCSWMM Storm Water Management Models (SWMM).
