As a certified Mitel Gold Partner, we are seeking a Cisco Meraki Expert Engineer—holding the Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist Certification (CMSS)—to join us for a high-profile 12-month IT infrastructure project in Riyadh, KSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, monitor, and optimize the Cisco Meraki Dashboard for efficient network management.
- Deploy and manage Meraki MX appliances for security, routing, and SD-WAN functionality.
- Implement and manage Meraki MS switches, ensuring seamless Layer 2/3 connectivity and scalability.
- Design and optimize wireless networks using Meraki MR access points for high performance and reliability.
- Configure and manage Cisco Meraki SM (MDM) for secure, efficient endpoint management.
- Conduct network performance assessments and troubleshoot issues across the Meraki environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and support to client teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist Certification (CMSS) — mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Cisco Meraki products and cloud-managed networking.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
