**Job Description** **We are** currently looking **Senior Telecom/CISCO Collaboration Engineer** our **Qatar** operations.
Education/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Communications Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Telecom Systems support .
Experience
- in financial institutions is a plus.
- Professional training on the relevant systems.
Required Special Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Self-driven with well-developed leadership and team-building skills.
Telecom Infrastructure Management
- Administer, design, and support telecom and collaboration systems, including:
- IP Telephony systems
- PSTN / PRI / SIP telephony lines
- ADSL lines
- Voice recording systems
- Video conferencing systems
- Structured cabling (internal and external networks)
- Ensure high availability and optimal performance of telecom systems across all Group locations.
Customer (Internal & External)
- Handles efficiently & effectively the bank’s Telecom systems and services that extend to all users
- Maintains relationships with selected vendors for Telecom hardware & software for proper handling & support of telecom equipment/services
- Maintains effective relationship with all other related departments & units to achieve the Group’s goals & objectives in Telecom systems availability & monitoring.
