Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced travel professional fluent in Russian to manage reservations and travel operations, ensuring accurate bookings and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport).
- Make, confirm, and modify bookings, including ticketing and reissues.
- Assist clients with travel inquiries, routes, schedules, and costs.
- Coordinate additional services such as car rentals.
- Monitor bookings for accuracy and irregularities.
- Communicate with clients via email, WhatsApp, and booking systems.
- Prepare basic reports, emails, and presentations.
- Support team members and maintain quality control.
Requirements
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of reservations, ticketing, and GDS systems.
- Fluency in **Russian and English**.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and in a team environment.
