Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests to the cigar lounge in a warm and friendly manner - Assist guests in selecting cigars and beverages, providing recommendations and knowledge about the products - Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently - Ensure the cigar lounge is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times - Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including cigars, drinks, and food options - Handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales - Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the bar and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and delivery of orders - Uphold all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standards - Attend training sessions and meetings as required
