Job Summary
Tabernaculo Church is seeking a reliable and organized Church Administrator to oversee daily administrative operations and support church activities, staff coordination, and community programs.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day church administrative operations
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, events, and church activities
- Maintain church records, databases, and documentation
- Assist with communication between church leadership, staff, and members
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and office inquiries
- Support financial administration, budgeting, and reporting tasks
- Organize volunteer coordination and community outreach support
- Ensure office supplies and facilities are properly maintained
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- Previous administrative or office management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work professionally within a church environment
- English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage
