Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce premium handcrafted chocolates.
• Temper, mold, and decorate chocolates to the highest quality standards.
• Create and assemble customized chocolate products and gift boxes.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and finishing.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the production area.
• Monitor inventory levels and report ingredient requirements.
• Follow production schedules and meet order deadlines efficiently.
• Support the development of new chocolate flavors, recipes, and designs.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a **Chocolatier**, **Pastry Chef**, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, and decoration techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creativity, innovation, and chocolate craftsmanship.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
