Our Vision
We are not simply filling a vacancy — we are building something exceptional.
The incoming Production Manager will play a central role in our expansion plans and will be integral to our ambition of creating one of Saudi Arabia's best chocolate manufacturing facilities, with a longer-term goal of achieving global recognition.
Further details on our growth plans will be shared with candidates at the appropriate stage of the process.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to consistently meet output targets.
- Drive continuous improvement through rigorous performance analysis, waste reduction, and productivity initiatives.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of approximately 40 production staff across two daily shifts.
- Ensure full compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and occupational health and safety requirements.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with relevant internal departments.
- Work closely with the Quality Officer to verify products consistently meet approved specifications.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on production output, efficiency metrics, and waste data.
- Supervise the receipt and quality verification of incoming raw materials against approved specifications.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience managing a food or confectionery manufacturing facility.

- Ability to analyse and interpret production and performance data to drive informed decision-making.
- Proven leadership and team management capability — particularly across large, multi-shift operations.
- A genuine passion for chocolate manufacturing and an ambition to contribute to building a world-class facility.

- We offer a competitive total package designed to attract the very best international talent:
- Basic salary of SAR 15,000 (ideal baseline), with a total package of up to SAR 20,000 ( equivalent to 40,000 Euros tax free salary plus accommodation) plus performance related profit share
