Reports to
Role Overview
We are seeking a bilingual (Chinese-English) professional to manage Chinese patient
acquisition and provide end-to-end coordination within the clinic.
This role is not limited to
reception duties.
It is a revenue-generating position responsible for patient acquisition,
conversion, and overall patient experience optimization.
1. Patient Coordination & Sales (Core)
- Handle inquiries via WeChat, WhatsApp, phone
- Manage bookings and scheduling
- Provide full patient support from arrival to departure
- Interpret between doctor and patient (Chinese ⇄
English)
- Explain treatments, pricing, and procedures
- Recommend additional services (upselling / cross-selling)
- Manage billing and payment collection
2. Reception & Medical Administration
- Patient registration and record management
- Create and maintain patient files (CRM)
- Manage consent forms and medical questionnaires
- Coordinate with doctors and internal staff
- Provide reception support for all patients
3. Digital Communication & CRM
- Operate official clinic accounts (WeChat, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Maintain ongoing communication with patients
- Post-visit follow-up and retention management
- Build long-term relationships with repeat and VIP patients
4. Patient Engagement & Social Media Support
- Update and manage the clinic's social media accounts, including WeChat and Xiaohongshu
(RED), Instagram, Facebook
- Coordinate with external marketing partners when required
- Support the creation and scheduling of social media content
- Track campaign performance and optimize results
- -Help enhance the clinic's visibility in Social Media.
5. Business Development
- Build partnerships (hotels, communities, agents)
- Identify new Chinese patient acquisition opportunities
- Support offline marketing initiatives
6. VIP & Customer Experience
- Handle high-value patients with premium service
- Personalize patient journey and experience
- Improve clinic service flow for Chinese patients
7. Complaint Handling
- Handle patient concerns and complaints (Chinese-speaking patients)
- Escalate issues appropriately
8. Compliance Support
- Ensure proper handling of patient data
- Support compliance with UAE healthcare regulations
- Assist with marketing compliance checks
9. Internal Improvement
- Suggest operational improvements
- Optimize patient flow and communication
Fixed Salary + Incentive: AED 8,000-14000AED
Work hours
Saturday to Wednesday 9:00 - 18:00 (1 hour break)
Thursday 9:00 - 12:00
Day off : Friday and UAE Public holiday
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare / medical interpretation
- Experience in Chinese digital marketing (WeChat, RED)
- Experience in hospitality / concierge / luxury service****
