We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Chinese Sales Executive** to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.
The role requires a proactive individual who understands cultural nuances, has strong communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- **Sales Generation:**
- Identify, target, and secure new Chinese-speaking clients to meet sales targets.
- Promote the company's products/services to potential clients through presentations, meetings, and events.
- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Chinese-speaking customers.
- Act as the main point of contact for inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- **Market Research:**
- Analyze the Chinese market to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.
- **Negotiation & Closing:**
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively.
- Ensure adherence to company policies during the sales process.
- **Coordination & Collaboration:**
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies and progress.
- **Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to the Sales Manager as required.
Experience
- sales: 1 year (Preferred)

- Arabic (Preferred)
