Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Chinese Sales Executive** to join our sales team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.

The role requires a proactive individual who understands cultural nuances, has strong communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Sales Generation:**
  • Identify, target, and secure new Chinese-speaking clients to meet sales targets.
  • Promote the company's products/services to potential clients through presentations, meetings, and events.
  • **Client Relationship Management:**
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Chinese-speaking customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • **Market Research:**
  • Analyze the Chinese market to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.
  • **Negotiation & Closing:**
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies during the sales process.
  • **Coordination & Collaboration:**
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies and progress.
  • **Reporting:**
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to the Sales Manager as required.

Experience

  • sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Language

  • Arabic (Preferred)
