Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Chinese Sales Account Manager for an on-site position located in Riyadh.
The primary responsibilities include managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and building strong client relationships.
The role involves consistent communication with clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service to meet and exceed their needs.
The candidate will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand business operations and collaborating with internal teams to execute sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and ensuring a positive client experience
- Proven record in Account Management and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, including speaking, writing, and negotiation
- Fluency in both Chinese and English is required; additional fluency in Arabic will be an advantage
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh with knowledge of the local market
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
