Role Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Manager fluent in both Chinese and English to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily operational activities, analyzing data for continuous improvement, and working collaboratively across divisions.
- This role involves designing strategies to enhance performance, ensure business stability, and engage users for business growth.
- Responsibilities:
- Day-to-Day Operations: Execute daily operational activities with precision and efficiency to ensure smooth business processes.
- Data Management: Collect, record, and analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other divisions to achieve common goals and meet targets, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Performance Enhancement: Proactively design and implement strategies to boost performance, aiming to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Business Stability: Ensure the stability and continuity of our business operations, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.

- Requirements:
