Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Financial Documents Specialist (Chinese) to review, process, and validate financial documentation for compliance and accuracy.

This work supports global financial operations in the technology and artificial intelligence sector, where precise documentation translation and verification are critical to operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and translate financial documents from Chinese to English, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Verify numerical data, transaction details, and supporting documentation for completeness and correctness.
  • Flag discrepancies or anomalies in financial records and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain organized records of reviewed documents and updates in a secure digital system.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and external financial regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with strong translation skills between both languages.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial document review, accounting, or related administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with financial terminology in both Chinese and English, including balance sheets, invoices, and audit reports.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and errors in complex documents.
  • Proficiency in using document management systems, spreadsheets, and basic accounting software.
