About This Role
يجب اتقان اللغة العربية كتابة و تحدثا ، معرفة اسامي قطع الغيار مع خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال بيع قطع غيار السيارات.

Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Assistance:**Assisting customers with parts inquiries, recommending appropriate parts and accessories, and providing accurate information.
- **Sales:**Maximizing sales opportunities through up-selling, cross-selling, and promotional activities.
- **Order Processing:**Providing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
- **Communication:**Liaising with service technicians, suppliers, and other departments to facilitate parts procurement and delivery.
- **Problem-Solving:**Identifying and sourcing hard-to-find parts, and addressing customer issues effectively.
