Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chiller Technician Supervisor based in Sharjah.
The Chiller Technician Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of chiller systems while ensuring safety and compliance guidelines are met.
Daily tasks include supervising a team of technicians, performing inspections, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, managing work schedules, and monitoring system performance for optimal efficiency.
The role requires ensuring workflows meet quality standards and providing technical support for escalated issues.
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge in chiller system maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
- Experience in supervising a team of technicians and coordinating schedules
- Proficiency in handling tools and equipment related to HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and operation manuals
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and team management skills
- Relevant certifications or training in HVAC systems or chiller maintenance
- Previous experience in facilities management is advantageous
