Job Requirements:

  • Arizona Director Qualified: Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Qualification requirements will be verified during the interview process.
  • Must meet at least one of the following education and experience requirements:
  • 2 years of childcare experience with 6 college credits in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development.
  • 18 months of childcare experience with a CDA or CCP credential.
  • 18 months of childcare experience with 24 college credits in ECE or Child Development.
  • 6 months of childcare experience with an associate degree in ECE or Child Development.
  • 3 months of childcare experience with a bachelor’s degree in ECE or Child Development.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting staff development preferred.
  • Knowledge of Arizona childcare licensing requirements and regulations preferred.
