Primary Purpose
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the company’s technology vision with a strong focus on ERP systems, particularly
Oracle ERP
and
Odoo
, while also playing a key role in preparing the organization for a successful \(IPO).
The role combines digital transformation, operational excellence, and governance readiness to support growth and scalability in the KSA retail perfumes market.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall technology and digital transformation strategy
- Lead ERP strategy, implementation, customization, and optimization (Oracle & Odoo)
- Ensure seamless integration between ERP, POS, CRM, e-commerce, and supply chain systems
- Oversee inventory, procurement, finance, and retail operations through ERP platforms
- Drive automation and operational efficiency across all business functions
- Lead e-commerce and omnichannel retail technology initiatives
- Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with KSA regulations
IPO Readiness & Governance
- Lead technology readiness for IPO (systems scalability, audit trails, reporting accuracy)
- Ensure ERP and financial systems meet IPO compliance and reporting standards
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and auditors during IPO preparation
- Establish strong IT governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks
- Ensure data integrity, transparency, and regulatory compliance
- Manage IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and vendor partnerships
- Build and lead high-performing technology and ERP teams
- Leverage data analytics for forecasting, customer insights, and growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle ERP and Odoo (implementation & optimization)
- Proven experience supporting or leading technology for IPO readiness or publicly listed companies
- Experience in retail or e-commerce environments
- Deep understanding of ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, HR)
- Strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and audit processes
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous IPO experience in KSA or GCC markets
- Experience in perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury retail
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and reporting standards
- Experience in digital transformation and omnichannel retail
- Knowledge of AI-driven analytics and customer personalization
