Role overview
A well-established financial services organisation headquartered in Jeddah is hiring a Chief Technology Officer.
The CTO will lead technology and digital transformation strategy during an ambitious five-year growth journey, reporting directly to the CEO.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology and digital strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation across technology and operations.
- Drive adoption of AI, automation, robotics, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Oversee implementation of technology platforms and digital solutions; build and lead a high-performing technology function.
- Partner with the CEO, Executive Committee, and Board on strategic technology initiatives.
- Ensure technology, cybersecurity, and business continuity frameworks support long-term growth; foster innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- At least 12 years of technology leadership experience, including at least 5 years at C-level or equivalent executive level.
- Proven enterprise-wide digital transformation leadership and experience implementing AI, automation, and modern digital platforms.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to align technology strategy with business goals.
- Experience in financial services, FinTech, or another regulated environment is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
