Responsibilities

• Define technology strategy across the portfolio with the Founder.
• Architect and develop products, accelerate existing platforms, and establish engineering standards.
• Build technical teams to support international expansion.
• Combine coding, complex problem-solving, strategic technology decisions, and leadership of technical execution.
• Build AI-powered products, intelligent agents, automated workflows, and sophisticated technology platforms.
• Use AI to improve the speed and economics of software development and engineering output.

Partnership and compensation

• The commitment is full-time and the structure is a founder-level equity partnership.
