Role Description
The Chief Strategy Officer leads the design, communication, and implementation of the company’s long-term strategy.

Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitive analyses.
- Shape growth initiatives and develop strategic partnerships to expand the firm’s reach and impact.
- Work with executive leadership to define business priorities, oversee strategic planning cycles, and monitor performance against key metrics.
- Advise on service offerings, optimize financial and operational models, and support brand positioning and thought leadership in regional and global markets.
Qualifications
- Strong business planning and strategic planning skills, translating vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Advanced analytical skills to assess markets, performance data, and operational effectiveness and inform evidence-based decisions.
- Finance capabilities including budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating business cases for initiatives or partnerships.
- Proven executive management experience in setting direction, influencing stakeholders, and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Relevant experience in consulting, talent strategy, or professional services is ideally within diverse and mission-driven organizations.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and across cultures, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A background in career coaching, workforce development, or education outreach is highly beneficial; familiarity with veteran or military communities is a plus.
- A graduate degree in business, management, public policy, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent senior-level experience.
