Overview

  • A major regional real estate developer is appointing a Chief Sales and Marketing Officer to lead the commercial growth of a high-value development portfolio across residential, commercial and mixed-use assets.
  • This is a senior leadership mandate for someone who can connect market positioning, customer demand, sales performance and revenue delivery into one coherent commercial engine.
  • The successful candidate will take ownership of the full sales and marketing platform, shaping how new developments are launched, priced, promoted and sold across a growing pipeline
  • .The role calls for a leader who understands both the art and the mechanics of real estate sales.
  • Brand, product story and customer experience matter, but so do conversion rates, lead quality, broker productivity, CRM discipline, pricing strategy and launch execution.
  • Our client is looking for someone who can bring these strands together and build a sharper, more data-led, more commercially effective platforms.
  • You will lead senior sales and marketing teams, work closely with development, finance, legal and customer experience functions, and play a central role in how major projects are taken to market.
  • The mandate sits close to the CEO and carries meaningful influence across investment, product, customer and revenue decisions.
  • The ideal candidate will bring senior sales and marketing leadership experience from a major real estate developer, with a strong track record across residential communities, mixed-use development or high-value property launches.
  • GCC experience would be highly relevant, particularly in environments with significant off-plan sales, broker networks, direct sales teams and digitally driven lead generation.
  • This is a role for someone who has already operated at scale, but still wants to build.
  • The platform is established, the brand has weight, and the pipeline gives the right person genuine room to shape commercial performance rather than simply inherit a sales machine.
  • Relevant backgrounds may include:
  • Senior commercial leadership within a major real estate developer
  • Residential, mixed use, community or destination development experience
  • Ownership of major launches, pricing strategy, inventory release and revenue delivery
  • Experience aligning marketing spend with qualified leads, conversion and sales outcomes
  • Strong broker, channel, CRM and funnel management capability
  • Confidence operating with CEOs, boards, development leaders and finance team
