As we expand, we are seeking a visionary **Chief Quality Officer (CQO)** to lead our quality management strategy and ensure operational excellence.
Role Overview
The **CQO** will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies, overseeing compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
This role requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and the ability to align quality standards with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s quality management strategy.
- Oversee quality assurance programs across all business units.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and international quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align quality initiatives with organizational goals.
- Lead audits, risk assessments, and corrective action programs.
- Mentor and develop quality teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Drive innovation in quality processes and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Qatari regulations and international quality standards.
- Proven track record of implementing successful quality improvement programs.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
