Role Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction and governance of the organization’s project portfolio.
- Establish project management frameworks, standards, policies, and performance metrics.
- Oversee major projects and programs from planning through successful delivery.
- Align project portfolios with corporate strategy, business priorities, and growth objectives.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, and project performance.
- Provide executive-level guidance to Project Managers and cross-functional leadership teams.
- Identify portfolio risks, delivery challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop executive dashboards, reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate with senior executives, investors, partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, governance, and operational efficiency.
- Support resource allocation and prioritization across strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong executive leadership and project portfolio management capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of project, program, and organizational governance.
- Excellent strategic planning and business decision-making skills.
- Strong financial, risk, resource, and performance management abilities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead complex, high-value, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong understanding of business transformation and operational excellence.
- Experience with project management methodologies and enterprise systems is advantageous.
- A relevant degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Finance, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
