Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product organization of up to 70 members, including product managers, designers, and analysts.
- Ensure a seamless product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, within the decentralized finance (DeFi) space.#
- Oversee the research, design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge DeFi products, ensuring scalability, security, and usability.
- Foster an iterative, data-driven approach to product development, leveraging analytics and user feedback.
- Manage the prioritization of product features and enhancements based on user needs, market trends, and business impact.
- Stay ahead of DeFi trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and business teams to create customer-centric DeFi solutions.
- Work closely with engineering, compliance, and business teams to ensure regulatory adherence and security best practices.
- Drive synergies between product, marketing, and growth teams to optimize user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Foster an agile, high-performance culture within the product organization.
