Chief Platform Architect - 801

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the design and specifications of a high-performance developer platform.
• Refine quantum computer access API and web portal architecture for performance, scalability and multi-region operation
• Transform web portal into an application development and delivery framework by leveraging cloud-based hybrid workflow engine and reusable quantum/classical application components
• Define standard interfaces for hosting application components and building applications by both internal and external developers
• Ensure the security and reliability of the platform as it scales up
• Deliver customizable cloud-based hybrid applications to end users
• Work across the business to help define and maintain the technology roadmap, translating business goals into technical requirements and evaluating new technologies.
• Foster a culture of excellence by establishing best coding practices, performing architectural reviews, and mentoring senior software engineers.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 15-20 years in software engineering, with at least 3-5+ years in a senior architect or lead role, specifically within developer platforms.

• The pay range for this role is $208,000 – $260,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
