Role Overview
The COO will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and driving organizational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to align operations with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s operations strategy.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations across departments.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and international standards.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to align operations with organizational goals.
- Lead initiatives in process optimization, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation.
- Mentor and develop operations teams to achieve peak performance.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and market expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in operations leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Strong knowledge of Qatari business regulations and international operational standards.
- Proven track record of managing complex operations successfully.
- Expertise in process optimization, supply chain management, and organizational efficiency.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
