Responsibilities
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Establish operational policies, manage risk, and align budgets with operational priorities.
- Foster a culture of transparency, high performance, and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong operations management experience, including process design, workflow optimization, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Demonstrated business planning and strategic execution capability, with a record of supporting growth and scalability.
- Advanced analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and use of metrics and KPIs to guide operations.
- Finance and budgeting proficiency, including operating budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
- Prior leadership in technology, logistics, hospitality, or supply-chain-focused organizations is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration across cultures and business functions.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic proficiency and familiarity with the Saudi business environment are strong advantages.
