- Responsible to operate DP system as per operation requirement
- Responsible for the continual on –duty – scheme in the DP control room.
- Ensure that all DP system data are recorded.
- Carry out the set up of the DP system operating parameters.
- Assist in performing maintenance on DP equipments
- Carry out frequent inspection on DP system sensors, computers and references.
- Should be familiar and implement IMCA requirements related to DP system.
- Responsible that the JDPO is well trained & capable of handling DP system.
• High School Diploma
- Full and unlimited DP certificates
- Minimum of 4 years experience on DP vessels.
- Good English Communication skills
- Good Knowledge of safe practices related to DP operation
