  • **Tasks/Responsibilities >**
  • ***Own and manage***
  • the CEO's strategic priorities, ensuring focus, follow-through, and alignment across the organization;
  • ***Prepare the CEO for key meetings, board sessions,***
  • and external engagements through rigorous briefing, framing, and synthesis;
  • ***Act as a connective layer across***
  • Company's internal departments — including investments, finance, risk, IR, and communications;
  • ***Ensure alignment of priorities and information flow***

  • 6–15 years of experience, with a strong foundation in Strategy Consulting

  • ***Experience in M&A, whether through consulting, banking, or a principal investing context***
  • , is a strong plus;
  • ***Familiarity with Ports, Logistics, or Infrastructure***

  • ***Arabic proficiency is a strong plus***
