Chief of Staff to the MD

Overview

• Albanna Conwood has built luxury villas in Dubai for over 45 years.
• As the company grows, we are looking for a Chief of Staff to work alongside the Managing Director
• You will:
• Manage the MD’s priorities and follow up across the team to keep work on track
• Track projects through effective coordination and reporting
• Review proposals to support decisions
• Propose optimizations in the company and help implement them
• Handle specific tasks and projects for the MD, end to end
• What we are looking for:
• 4+ years of experience, ideally in construction, real estate, or engineering in the UAE
• Strong commercial awareness - comfortable with costs, quotations, and numbers and very resourceful
• Experienced with government entities, consultants, contractors, and/or suppliers in Dubai
• Highly energetic and respectful of others
• A practical and creative problem solver
• Clear in meetings and in writing
• Good English; good Arabic is highly recommended but not required
