Role description
Support the leadership team in driving strategic initiatives, improving internal operations, and executing key priorities.
This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive calendars; organize leadership meetings and follow-ups; prepare briefs and reports.
- Track strategic project progress and facilitate communication between departments and external partners.
- Support decision-making with data analysis and ensure meeting action items are documented and completed.
- Help streamline workflows, anticipate leadership needs, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for reports, presentations, and executive correspondence.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability, with experience supporting senior leadership or managing cross-functional projects.
- Discretion, integrity, and judgment in handling sensitive information and executive decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate on-site in Abu Dhabi as part of a hybrid arrangement.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools, including office suites, project management platforms, and communication tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
Preferred background
- An advanced degree is an advantage.
- Chief of Staff, operations, consultancy, or executive support experience is highly beneficial.
- Agency, professional services, or entrepreneurial environment experience is a plus.
