Advokatipz Legal Doha is seeking a highly accomplished and strategic **Chief Legal Officer** to lead our legal operations and provide expert guidance across all areas of the organization.
This is a senior leadership role suited for a forward-thinking legal professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-level environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all legal matters, ensuring compliance with local and international laws and regulations
- Provide strategic legal advice to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Lead contract negotiations, risk management, and corporate governance initiatives
- Manage and mentor the legal team, fostering a culture of excellence and integrity
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and maintain relationships with external counsel
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree; licensed to practice law
- Minimum of 10+ years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and risk management
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence executive decision-making
