Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) to lead the organization’s innovation strategy and drive the development of new technologies, products, and services.
The CIO will play a critical role in shaping the company’s future by fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s innovation strategy aligned with business goals
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to drive competitive advantage
- Lead research and development initiatives and innovation projects
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate innovation across all departments
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with external stakeholders
- Oversee product development pipelines and ensure timely delivery of innovative solutions
- Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous learning
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior innovation, technology, or executive leadership role
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, emerging technologies, and industry trends
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
