Company Overview: The Kokoras is a registered restaurant and culinary brand located at 42 Spice Market Street, Dubai, UAE. We are dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences centered around authentic flavors and innovative culinary techniques. We are currently seeking a visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our technology strategy and ensure our operations leverage the latest advancements in information technology.
Position Overview:
As the Chief Information Officer (CIO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology direction of The Kokoras. You will be responsible for overseeing all information technology functions and ensuring that technology contributes to the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the IT strategy to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions to improve restaurant operations and customer experience.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology solutions that drive innovation.
- Lead a team of IT professionals and manage the IT budget.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CIO or in a senior IT leadership role, preferably within the hospitality or culinary industry.
- Strong understanding of information technology systems, data management, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a strategic mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills and the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Salary and Benefits:
